On this week's programme I interview the President of the Irish Primary Principals' Network (IPPN), Maria Doyle. The interview takes place to mark the annual conference of the network. Maria Doyle is Principal of Our Lady of Mercy Senior National School in Waterford City, a DEIS Band 2 Senior Girls school.
