We heard about an educational operating system, Zorin OS, about how different learning strategies affect learning and about a study on dyslexia.

Simon talked about using technology in teaching, investing in technology for schools and about his websites www.anseo.net and www.mash.ie. He also tweets about education. During his interview Simon referred to various other websites. One is a repository of educational resources, www.seomraranga.ie. Another is the website of the Computer Education Society of Ireland and the third is the site where you can produce wordles. Barry spoke to Brian Hayes, Fine Gael spokesman on education, about the priorities for the Tánaiste and Minister for Education and Skills, Mary Coughlan, in her new brief.
