In the interview he talks about his days as a teacher and principal in Belgrove National School in Clontarf. Barry provides an analysis of the results of the teachers' ballots on the Croke Park agreement. He also discusses the proposal by the ASTI to provide an internship in schools for beginning post-primary teachers.

The book is published by Four Courts Press and is available in hardback and paper back from all good bookshops and from the Four Courts Press website.
