She was in Ireland to give the keynote presentation at the 2017 Conference of AHEAD, the Association for Higher Education Access and Disability in Dublin. Among the topics we discuss are:

What is the difference between differentiated instruction and universal design for learning?

Why students need to fail in the short-term to find long term success.

On this week's programme I am joined by Professor Akihiko Takahashi from the College of Education at De Paul University who talks about the teaching of mathematics, about Lesson Study as a form of professional development for teachers and other matters.
