In this programme Barry spoke to education spokespersons from three of the main political parties: Fergus O'Dowd of Fine Gael, Paul Gogarty of the Green Party and Ruairí Quinn of the Labour Party. They were all attending the special delegate conference organised by the Irish National Teachers' Organisation. Spokespersons from Fianna Fáil and Sinn Féin were invited to be on the programme but to no avail.

This programme featured a report from the 2011 Conference of the Computer Education Society of Ireland (CESI). The Chairperson of CESI, Adrienne Webb, explained how schools are using their technology grants. Simon Lewis discussed the use of cloud computing for communication in his school and Tom Barrett, the keynote speaker, discussed how he uses education in his classroom and about his blog.

In this programme Professor Andy Hargreaves, the Thomas More Brennan Chair in the Lynch School of Education at Boston College,  spoke about leadership in difficult times. He was in Ireland as a guest of the Irish Primary Principals' Network (IPPN) for their annual conference. The President of the Network, Mr. Pat Goff, also described the main priorities for primary school principals at this time.
